    When you use the "Request info" form on surf school listings, we collect the following data:

    Required data:

    • Name
    • Email address

    Optional data (only if you provide it):

    • Phone number
    • Surf level
    • Preferred class type
    • Preferred date
    • Number of people
    • Message or comments

    Purpose of processing

    Your data is used exclusively to:

    1. Send you a confirmation email with the contact details of the selected surf school
    2. Store your request to demonstrate the value of the service to partner schools (in aggregate and anonymous form)

    Legal basis

    The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, given by checking the acceptance box on the form.

    Data retention

    Your data will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. After this period, it will be automatically deleted.

    Click tracking

    When you click "Visit website" on a school listing, we record the click anonymously (no personal data) for statistical purposes. This information is not linked to any personal data.

    Your rights

    You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection to processing by sending an email to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

    Data sharing with third parties

    We do not share your personal data with surf schools or any third parties. The email you receive contains the school's contact details so that you can decide to contact them directly.
